Delivery Policy
After placing your order with Blind Concepts you will receive an email confirming your online purchase from our secure payment gateway. This email will contain your account details, order details, and ETA. Your order should be confirmed within a few minutes after payment is received.
Our custom-made blinds range take anywhere between seven to twelve working days to be delivered from time of placing your order. All our estimated time frames begin once full payment has been received by Blind Concepts. Our delivery times exclude weekends and public holidays.
Blind Concepts strive to meet all delivery timeframes and only use reputable courier companies. In saying this there will be times when estimated delivery times are not in our control. Our customers will be notified via email if there are any delays being experienced in the blinds or products they have purchased. Blind Concepts will not be liable for any losses suffered or incurred due to delays in delivery. If your order has not been received in the specified time frame, please feel free to contact us via email on online@blindconcepts.co.za or 083 277 2739.
Blind Concepts will courier your order to the delivery address entered on your Blind Concepts Account when you sign-up as a customer. At the time of delivery your package must be signed for; the person who accepts and signs for the delivery is deemed by Blind Concepts to be authorised to receive the goods at the delivery address allocated to your order.
Please note that there is a maximum holding time set by the courier company and in the instance that holding time is exceeded then your order will be returned to Blind Concepts. If this occurs, then a re-delivery charge will apply, and Blind Concepts reserves the right to hold all goods until the re-delivery fee is settled in full.
If there is a query to your address, you will be contacted via email or phoned prior to dispatch. Please note that courier companies do not call customers prior to delivery to confirm delivery times despite Blind Concepts making this request on your behalf.
All orders exceeding R1000 will be Free of Charge. Delivery charges will be quoted separately for orders below R1000.
